Terms of service

1. Scope

These terms govern the use of Vexa at vexacasino.me. The operator is Peter Griffin; the full details are in the legal notice.

By registering you accept these terms. If a single provision does not apply, the rest are unaffected.

2. Who may play

You must be 18 or over. Anyone younger may not open an account and may not play for money.

One account per person. Further accounts belonging to the same person are closed; bonuses and anything won from them are forfeited, and deposits are returned.

The details you give at registration must be true. Playing with real money requires a confirmed email address — without one, only the demo balance is available.

You play on your own account. It may not be handed to anyone else.

3. Your account

Keep your credentials to yourself. Anything done from a signed-in session counts as done by you.

An account may be frozen where there is a reasonable suspicion of a breach of these terms. A frozen account cannot bet, deposit or withdraw; the balance on it remains.

You may ask for your account to be closed at any time. Withdraw your balance first — a closed account cannot be paid out to.

Ledger entries survive closure. They evidence which money actually moved, and statutory retention periods apply.

4. Deposits

Deposits are in cryptocurrency only, between 10,00 € and 5.000,00 € per payment.

What counts is the amount that reaches the payment provider. The rate is fixed when the invoice is created and holds for a limited window.

If less arrives than was asked for, the payment is not credited automatically. It is checked by a person and then booked at the amount that actually arrived. Where the coin amount sent was correct and only the rate moved while the transfer confirmed, the full invoice amount is credited.

A crypto payment cannot be reversed. There is no chargeback.

5. Payouts

Payouts are in cryptocurrency only, between 10,00 € and 2.000,00 € per request.

Only one payout may be open at a time. The amount leaves your balance the moment you ask, so it cannot be staked in the meantime. If a request is refused, it goes back in full.

Every payout is checked by a person before it is sent. No fixed timeframe is promised; the status is visible in your profile at any time.

The receiving address you give is binding. An address that is wrong, or that belongs to a different chain than the one selected, means the amount is lost for good, and no liability is accepted for that. Check it before you confirm.

The network fee of the chain is borne by the recipient. It is set by the network, not by the size of the payout.

6. Games and results

Every game is calibrated to a return to player of 95 %. That figure is an average over many rounds and says nothing about any single one.

Each result is fixed before the round by a server seed the house has already committed to, your own client seed and a nonce. You can recompute any round yourself once the seed pair is rotated. The browser only displays what the server decided; where the two differ, the server result is the only one that counts.

If the connection drops, a round that has already been settled stands. A stake that never reached the server counts as never placed.

In games with several steps — Mines or Tower — an open round stays open until you cash out or lose. Starting a new round without finishing the previous one counts the previous one as lost and forfeits its stake.

7. Bonus

A first deposit of 20,00 € or more is matched, up to 100,00 €. The bonus is granted once.

Bonus credit is locked until it has been staked 25 times. Every real-money bet counts, in any game. Money you deposited is never locked.

Requesting a payout while a wagering obligation is open forfeits the bonus credit still locked. The balance you deposited yourself is unaffected.

Bonuses are tied to a person. Multiple accounts, coordinated play across accounts, or bets placed without risk of loss purely to clear a wagering requirement count as abuse; in those cases the bonus and anything won from it are forfeited.

8. Referrals

Both sides receive 5,00 € once the invited player has deposited at least 10,00 €.

The reward is credited as locked bonus credit and carries the same 25× wagering requirement.

Referring yourself is excluded, as are accounts plainly created only to trigger the reward.

9. Limits

At most 5.000 rounds per account per day. The count resets at midnight UTC.

Automated play, scripts, bots and any access outside the user interface are not permitted.

Demo credit has no value, cannot be withdrawn and cannot be transferred. It refills itself.

10. Faults and errors

Uninterrupted operation is not promised. Maintenance, or an outage at the host or the payment provider, may interrupt access.

Where a result or a credit demonstrably rests on a technical fault, the affected entry may be corrected. The stake is refunded in that case. Any correction is given a reason and is visible in the ledger.

This works both ways and does not justify correcting a win that came about properly.

11. Changes

These terms may change. The version in force is on this page and dated below.

Bonuses already running and payouts already requested are settled under the terms that applied when they arose.

12. Playing safely

Gambling can be addictive. An account will be frozen on request at any time — an informal message to support is enough. A frozen account can still withdraw, but cannot bet.

13. Governing law

German law applies. Mandatory consumer protection provisions of the country where you have your habitual residence remain unaffected.
